Start with two internships during your basic vocational year and learn all about wood processing in our workshop. You expand your skills in prototype construction – including pressing, CNC milling and surface finishing.

Practical semester
As part of your degree programme, you can complete a practical semester at Novem. In areas such as engineering, IT or business, you will work on ongoing projects, analyse data, support process optimisation or test components. This gives you hands-on experience and allows you to apply your theoretical knowledge directly.
Working student role
If you would like to combine your studies with regular practical experience, you can join Novem as a working student. Depending on your field of study, you will support us flexibly in day-to-day operations, for example in CAD, IT, purchasing, marketing or controlling and gain valuable insights into the workflows of a global market leader.
