    In its commitment to sustainability, the Novem Group, as a manufacturing company, places a strong focus on environmental protection. Energy efficiency and the reduction of greenhouse gases aim to minimise the ecological footprint.

    Careful selection of materials, efficient use of resources and compliance with environmental standards at our sites, suppliers and partners all contribute to environmental protection. With this in mind, Novem developed its first sustainability report, which clearly defines environmental protection as a core responsibility of Novem.

    Environmental protection, energy savings and the careful use of resources are declared corporate goals at Novem. We consider the entire life cycle of our products – from raw material procurement to manufacturing and recycling.

    We support our business partners through designated local Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) departments in setting up quality and environmental management systems and monitor their implementation.

    Novem records specific environmental impacts in mandatory impact assessments and continuously tracks its environmental goals through its central EHS department.

     

    Responsibility and diversity at Novem

    The Supplier Manual describes specific group-wide standards for our supplier relationships, such as the exclusion of conflict materials and compliance with the EU Chemicals Regulation. Novem also promotes a working environment that embraces diversity, guarantees equal opportunities and equal treatment and opposes all forms of discrimination.
