    With its FIAM (Function In Authentic Materials) application, Novem demonstrates how the company combines functionality and sustainability. The manufacturing process for functional components for automotive interiors combines screen printing, high-pressure forming and injection moulding. This reduces production and assembly steps while integrating functions directly into the materials.

Group-wide guidelines help our employees to effectively manage customer concerns and standardise the handling of complaints. This ensures that our customers' concerns are always dealt with in the best possible way.

    Novem maintains stable, long-term relationships with around 400 global suppliers, ranging from small family businesses to large corporations. These partnerships enable us to respond quickly to changing requirements and to purchase materials that only meet our high quality standards.

     

    Sustainability and compliance

    Responsible conduct is firmly anchored in Novem's procurement practices. We maintain long-term partnerships with suppliers who share our environmental and social standards. These are defined in our purchasing conditions, the supplier handbook and the Code of Conduct and are reviewed regularly. Our partners complete sustainability questionnaires, and we promote the introduction of recognised management systems such as ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and ISO 50001.
