Hearing. Protecting. Relaxing – A Look Back at Our Health Day

Our Health Days in Vorbach and Eschenbach focused on noise, hearing protection and mental strength, and were met with great interest from many employees. Overall, our Health Days were a great success – informative, interactive and full of hands‑on experiences. A big thank‑you to everyone who contributed!

We recently welcomed a class from the Grafenwöhr Primary and Middle School and gave them exciting insights into our production – from the very first process steps to the finished automotive trim element in the materials real wood, aluminium, carbon and premium synthetics.

Visits like these are important: they show young people early on what the modern world of work looks like, support them in exploring career options, and help them make their first contact with potential employers.

We truly enjoyed their curiosity and wish the class continued success – keep going and stay curious!

Visit from Eschenbach Gymnasium

We recently had the pleasure of welcoming the teaching staff from Eschenbach Gymnasium to our facility. During their visit, our guests gained valuable insights into our model construction and showroom. We especially appreciated the engaging exchange on innovative manufacturing processes and forward-looking materials that shape our daily work. As one of the largest employers in the region, we are grateful for the interest shown in our company and look forward to future encounters. In addition to traditional vocational training, we also offer dual study programs – a key contribution to nurturing young talent in the region.

Visit at Novem Querétaro

Recently our leadership team in Querétaro/Mexico welcomed the head of the Secretariat for Sustainable Development (SEDESU), Marco Antonio Del Prete Tercero at our plant in Mexico. The reason for this meeting was the announcement of the expansion of our plant in Querétaro/Mexico, a project that represents a three-digit million investment along with the creation of 180 new jobs.

Trainees are committed to sustainability projects. At the location in Vorbach / Germany, an insect hotel was designed and built with a lot of commitment and creativity. Sustainability is a matter of teamwork.

Novem shows team spirit: Over 55 employees from the Novem sites Vorbach and Eschenbach took part in the 12th North Upper Palatinate company run for Novem. With full sporting enthusiasm, we made it to the finish line together and we think that was a great achievement.
